I have been a Realtor for 23 years and absolutely love my job! I was the administrator for a real estate office for several years before I obtained my real estate license so I have a lot of experience from many different roles in the industry.

A few weeks ago I made a spontaneous decision to relocate to SLC, and I currently live in Vineyard. I had worked with Ashley when I first moved into Vineyard about 10 years ago and everything was very smooth. So I decided to ask her for help in selling my home so I could relocate. She came over on a Tue, took an initial look at the house, gave me a bunch of instructions for what to prepare. I got to work on everything and then that next Friday we posted the house. She was able to move so quickly and communicated the process extremely well which made it so easy to understand what was going on. The pictures and description she prepared for the posting made me really 2nd guess whether I really wanted to move! ❤️ She made it seem so wonderful and did such a good job calling out the highlights of the home. I had 4 offers within the first 3 or 4 days. All of the instructions she gave me to prepare the house seriously paid off and you could tell they made a difference in how quickly I sold my home, but also in how much I got offered. I got well over my asking price and everything closed within 3 weeks start to finish. I am the kind of person that likes to move quickly once I make a decision. Ashley easily matched the energy and effort I put into preparing, very much a teammate mentality, which was so important for me through the process. The advice she provided along the way was invaluable and certainly made all the difference. I absolutely enjoyed working with her and will do it again when I decide to own a home again.
